Refund policy

Ask and you will almost certainly get it. We have never refused a reasonable refund request, and we would rather give your money back than have you feel cheated.

Full refund within 14 days on anything unused. If a crate has been opened or a rank's perks have been used, we refund the unused portion at our discretion.

Donations are refundable within 14 days, minus any portion that has already been paid out of the companion fund to a builder.

Refundable in full at any point before the build enters production. Once it is in production someone has already been paid for the design and programming work, so the deposit is not refundable.

If we cancel a build after taking payment, you get everything back, without exception.

Filing a chargeback removes the purchase and suspends the account. It also costs us a fee on top of the refund. Please talk to us first — the Support forum and the Discord ticket queue both reach the same staff.

Post in the Support category on the forums or open a Discord ticket with your username and roughly when you bought it. Most refunds are handled within two days.
