Privacy policy

If you hold an account: your username, your email address, a hashed version of your password, and whatever you post publicly on the forums or submit in a companion request.

If you only buy something: the Minecraft username you typed at checkout, what you bought, and what you paid. Buying needs no account, so that is the entire record — there is nothing else attached to it.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation that an order was paid — we never receive or store card numbers.

The email address exists so we can send receipts and tell you when prices or the terms of service change. If you opt in, we also use it for server news. You can opt out of news at any time from your account page.

The username on a purchase exists so the goods reach the right player and so staff can find the order if something goes wrong.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade player data, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site.

One cookie, which holds your signed-in session. It is required for the site to work and is not used for tracking.

Email a request to the address in Discord and we will export or delete your data within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your email and anonymises your forum posts; it does not remove companions already built and released on the server.

Accounts are for players aged 13 and over. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger we delete it and refund any purchases.
